Viola Léger Room

The nave of the church is named the Viola Léger Room in honour of Viola Léger, senator and actress well known for playing the character of La Sagouine for years. Equipped with a sound and lighting system, as well as a giant screen, the room has exceptional acoustics. It hosts a variety of activities: art exhibitions, music concerts (including the series offered by Barachois Summer Music), poetry evenings, conferences, film festivals, etc.

Please consult our calendar for more information.

It is on the benches of the Viola Léger Room that you can admire the international collection of hooked cushions from Barachois, which have more than 330 cushions.

Please see the Permanent Exhibitions section for more information.
