Rent or reserve a room at the Barachois Historical Church

*The Léon Léger Gallery and the Viola Léger Room are free access for exhibitions.

Prices for reservation and/or rental of a room

*Please note that these prices are subject to change.

Option 1

  • The show/event is organized by a community/charity organization (e.g. Tree of Hope, Alzheimer Society, etc.).
  • The organization must complete the REQUEST FOR ROOM RENTAL AND/OR RESERVATION AT THE BARACHOIS HISTORICAL CHURCH.
  • During the show/event, the donation box must be clearly visible in the hall/church.
  • The reservation and/or rental of a hall and related equipment is free of charge.

Option 2

  • An entrance fee is charged for the event, show or conference.
  • The organization must complete the REQUEST FOR ROOM RENTAL AND/OR RESERVATION AT THE BARACHOIS HISTORICAL CHURCH.
  • During the show/event, the donation box must be clearly visible in the hall/church.
  • Room rental only = $100
  • Equipment rental = $50
  • Room and equipment rental = $150

Please complete this form. This will allow the safeguarding committee of the Barachois Historical Church to confirm that the room you want to rent/reserve is available and to send you an estimate of the rental or reservation costs, if applicable. We will contact you as soon as possible.

Please note that the Barachois Historical Church strives at all times to have eco-responsible practices to limit its environmental footprint. It encourages organizations and people who use/rent its premises to do the same.
